I purchased two of the batteries so I would always have a backup. I ordered late Friday evening and they arrived from California the next Wednesday. This was with standard shipping to Michigan. I wasn't expecting them to come so soon. I recently used one of the batteries to take over 70 pictures, a few with flash. The camera shows the battery is still charged. I am very pleased with this purchase from Overstock.

I've been using the new batteries in my Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ28 and they seem to be working fine. Such a deal. You can afford to carry several as backups. Will keep an eye out for how long they last but right now it seems like all is well.

I was skeptical about an aftermarket battery. The guys at the camera shop tell horror storries about how they can overheat and swell. They are more than happy to sell you a battery at 5 times the Overstock price. Also, the manufacturer wants big money. Digital camera go through batteries quickly. You don't want to miss a shot. Also, a power zoom really takes battery juice to go through the range. I purchased the battery for my Panasonic DMC-FZ28 and it is a perfect match. I don't notice any performance loss. I always have a spare changed battery and can seamlessly transition. Have had this aftermarket battery for a year and no problems.

After missing some great photo opps due to a low or dead battery, I purchased this battery as a backup. It was charged and ready to use. Overstock had by far the best price.
