A couple of years back we purchased a couple of Handspring Visors. Primarily, we were looking for a nice address book that we could update easily and carry with each of us. This worked out well and they lasted about 3 years before croaking. During that time I would also play some games on it when travelling. After it expired, we wanted to upgrade and chose this unit. Color is a tremendous upgrade. The screen is very attractive. Interface is typical Palm; useful and easy to learn. I doubt I'll use half of the features on this unit, but so far I am impressed. The rechargable feature is nice too and so far battery bleed seems to be minimal while in standby mode.

I bought this pda for my husband when his other one died. I was shopping on a budget and came across this one. It is perfect for my husband. You can't even tell that it is blemished! My husband was thrilled with his new gift!

I was very satisfied with the speed of the delivery of my purchase as well as the condition. On the web site it said the item was slightly blemished and that is exactly what it was. I would not have a provlem buying from Overstock.com again in the future.

I purchased the blemished Palm for a price that was slighly cheaper than buying a new one, however, I wish I would have spend the extra $20 and got a new one. I was optomistic about the refurbished Palm, I guess that was based on the price I paid for it. Unfortunately, the device makes a clicking noise a couple of seconds after I write something or touch the screen. Also, as I was using it today, it just went completely black. I'm not getting it to work even after it's charged! The price I paid for a device that works less than average is disappointing. I'm not sure I'll ever order from Overstock.com again.

This blemished Palm Z22 is very handy. It can do so much! The first one I purchased was defective but Overstock was very helpful with a replacement. I am a busy single mom so it really helps to keep schedules and important numbers close at hand.

At first I was hesitant to buy a refurbished item especially for a PDA but now I'm glad that I did. The price was very good and the product is like brand new. Installation was very easy and it just took me minutes to sync up my calendar and other info from my laptop to the PDA. I take it with me all the time. I also recommend getting the 2 year extended warranty especially for something that's refurbished - it doesn't cost much and it gives me peace of mind that if something goes wrong, I'm confident that it will be fixed appropriately.

All I have to say is what blemish? It works really good, the ease of the programs, performance are all top notch. I have no issues with the device.

This is just what I was looking for !!! I needed something small that would keep up with addresses and phone #'s, appointments, and bills due. But it also holds pictures!! This can't be beat for the price.The installation cd was easy, and I was synced with the computer in minutes.

I received this Palm as a gift. Being very skeptical and having 20 plus years using the good old Day Timer planners I didn't think it would work out. It is absolutely excellent. Very easy to use, sink with the computer down loaded software.. Only wish other family members could access the data via the web to know what's going on for the weeks events. Well worth the small investment.

Easy to use and has many excellent features. With the Z22, I have all my needed data at hand anywhere I go.

This device has changed my life and is making my organizational issues much more reliable. I used to say "I will have to check my schedule" and would never know what I had coming up. Now I know everything and so much more than I had in the past. It is a great device!!

Got the PDA and opened it up and didn't include the Grafiti 2 sticker but no big deal. Some of the letters and numbers were tricky to learn without it. Installation was easy, couldn't use the photoshop on my laptop, might have to reload it. Worked on desktop anyways. Performs good and would recomend it.

The unit was everything I expected and more!It arrived(as always)very quickly.As for being blemished you have to look very close to see the very tiny scratches on the plastic housing.This is my first PDA and I think its great.It is very easy to use and was a breeze to set up.Overall a great deal at a great price!

I decided to purchase a PDA because I wanted to become better organized. At first I was skeptica labout purchasing a PDA because I thought it would be difficult to use. I am glad that I purchased this PDA because it is not complicated to use at all. Also, this PDA helps me to stay organized and I like entering information into the PDA versus writing it down on paper. The PDA doesn't come with a manual so it was difficult for me to figure out the features at first. I had to download the manual from the palm website. Overall, this is a great buy for the price.

I would recommend this product to all of my friends. It is small easy to use and very reliable.

I have been a Palm user for years. I only got this because my Zire 31 got cooked in the sun. The Palm OS is my favorite, easy to use and tons of add on programs if you want. This unit is very compact, but is very user friendly. a very nice PDA for the money.
