bodeciaidaho from Boise, Idaho, Rating:4.0My Palm Tungsten C screen broke and I couldn't afford to buy another one so I bought this refurbished Palm Tungsten TX. It's not as easy to use as the Tungsten C (which has a hard keyboard on the device in addition to Graffiti) but it's not bad and after a little practice, I'm getting used to it. I really miss the hard keyboard, but this device is smaller and lighter than my old one. I don't know if it's because I got a refurbished PDA, but I find the Graffiti is very sensitive. Sometimes I just get a line of ..... instead of letters. All in all, it's not a bad PDA and the price was very nice.

rafedov from St.Maarten, Dutch Caribbean, Rating:5.0Like the TX. It has been a valuable companion. Looking for the latest model with the upgrades. The TC gives me next to excellent PDA service, a quick, on the run, Email send and capability and Web access. When the TX came out first it was badmouthed about the battery. Did not have any trouble with the battery. Never had to change it and do not believe it so hard to change.

liw48 from Chicago, IL, Rating:4.0I always owned a PDA and the Zire has a lot of good features like calendar and notepad. The only problem I have with this brand is it doesn't hold a battery charge for long. You use it a few times and you have to recharge it. I understand the later models like the Zire 71 are much better. This one is an earlier version.

wfc2010 from OR, Rating:4.0Everything with this product was as expected except for the charger. It comes with a European (at least that's what I think it is) plug with an American adapter. The stylus isn't the original, but I believe a much more comfortable pen to use. Product was in great shape and works as it should!
