Great little phone
I purchased two of these phones as punishment for my kids. They kept breaking their "good" phones so I purchased this as one of the replacements. Much to my surprise, they love the phones. I have no clue how they type so fast on the itty bitty keys but they do.

Waste of money
It was a Christmas gift for my husband. In less than a month he couldnt get a signal. He took the phone to the Verizon store and they told him that it was a soft ware problem. Apparently this model is a few years old and there was nothing they could do to fix it. Since he is a construction worker and he goes through a phone a year; I hate to spend a lot on a new phone or renew a contract for two years. Sometimes cheap is just not cheap at all.
