Initially when I purchased this phone I used it for one day and went back to my lg shine. One day I pulled it out and started to play around with it and it is awesome. I learn something new about this phone everyday and I've been using it for the last four months. The touch screen features can be turned off during a call if you find that your face is muting the call. All and all I would recommend this phone because I'm enjoying it..ps...I text just fine on it and I have average sized hands.Once you get the feel of the phone it's easy to use, if you are an impatient person as I was initially it may not be for you.

The phone has some touch screen operations. The size demensions are pretty good if you want a smaller phone, Height and width are good, the depth of the phone (front to back ) is a little thick when compared to other phones.. It has some touch screen functions, which can be a plus and a downfall. It makes ir easy to dial, but the functions stay live while you are talking and they activate while you are on the phone, expecially the mute button because it is closest to your cheek. You will be talking and discover that people can not hear you because the mute button is on or the person has hung up because they think the call has dropped. If you like to text DO NOT GET THIS PHONE. The buttons are very very small and close together and texting is a challenge for the the smallest of fingers (like my 4 yr old) and texting isn't possible from the touch screen. It does have a very good call log feature, it will save calls for months unless you adjust the settings to purge within a specific time frame. Reception is typically not a problem. The calendar feature, MP3 are good. The screen size and resolution is good.. The camera and video features work great. The internet is a little sluggish. A full charge will get a heavy user through a full day or more. The biggest drawbacks are the self activating touch screen and the size of the buttons on the keypad. Palm phones do have some documented quality issues, it is a good chance you may have to have it replaced. But if you do get a good one, it can serve you well. I have had 2 different models, Themore expensive one had to be replaced 3 times for malfunctions. THere were so many problems with that model my carrier stopped insuring it, The centro, just stopped working one day, but the replacement for it has nad no operational problems at all. I use this phone for work and personal. I personally don't feel it is worth over $80-90
