Very convenient to use the hidden slot to charge a second battery! Do not care for the construction of the universal cord, as the contacts easily bent out of place. Instead, use of the AC adaptor that comes with the Treo phone is just as adequate to hook up power to the cradle. As an additional plus, being able to have the phone in a cradle eliminates the "positional" issue with the contacts of the hotsync cable. The design of this interface was definitely well thought out.

i love my cradle, its perfect for my treo cell phone, and it keeps my spare battery charged as well. i ordered one for my sister, after she saw mine ,she had 2 have one 2.

Oh my goodness! This is the best purchase I have made from overstock. Works with my Treo 700 wx and charges my extra battery as it charges my phone. If I forget to charge my phone at night, no worry; I just get up and snap in my other battery from my charger and go about my day. Very, very worth while.

Excellent! The items looked brand new; all wrapped in plastic just like from factory. I have been using both chargers for a few weeks now...and they are perfect.
