  The palmOne Tungsten E2 is easy to use. The only problem was when I received it, it had a European charger and I couldn't use it. I called and the representative was very nice and I had a US charger in less than a week.

  Overall happy with the product, once the power cord was replaced, which took about a week.

  A co-worker had one so I had used his previously and quite enjoyed it. Very handy for doing quick notes that you don't need to keep around for a long period of time.
