  Everything was excellent: the condition, the functionality, the packaging. The only thing I'm having difficulty is accessing the function of lite writing to make designs on a CD.

  Very happy with The DVD Burner. It works as expected. I do not like the software program that it comes with though. It does not work like it should with Windows Vista. Other Window versions may not have the same problem though.

  AS ABOVE, IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE PLUG AND PLAY. I PLUGGED IT IN AND NOTHING IS RECOGNIZED.

  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? I WENT TO SONY AND THERE WERE NO DRIVERW TO DOWNLOAD.
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. THEY SAID IT WAS A PLUG AND PLAY. ANY SUGGESTIONS.
