I used this to make a podcast for my website and it worked great. I even recorded things in a large room and could pick up a lot of things from around the room. I was very impressed!

The information states that this unit can used on any computer. However there is no software to download recordings to a Mac computer. And when I went to the Olympus website it clearly states there is no 'driver' for this unit for the Mac operating system.

This thing is great. Just what I needed and easy to work. No problems so far

I purchased this unit to take with when my husband or I have a doctor's appointment. We ask permission to use it and they always answer "Yes, please do". This helps us remember any special instructions given and we can replay the audio multiple times if necessary. It is now a necessary thing to have with on any medical visit.
