I love the size and how easy it is to use the recorder. The price was great and I received it in a timely manner. I have and will continue to recommend it to my friends and family.

I purchased the Olympus VN-3100 for my 13 yr old daughter who takes music lessons, so it had to be small, cute and easy to use, as well as effective in capturing the music sounds and instructions from her weekly classes. As soon as it arrived, my daughter took it out of the box and put it to use immediately. Not too many functions to be confusing, yet enough to be effective for its purpose. Have owned it a few weeks now and put it to good use. Sound quality is clear and crisp. Hardware seems very durable. No problems! Would definitely recommend!

I was a little concerned about trying a refurbished product but...so far so good! And the price was AWESOME! When I opened the package at my friends house he asked what I paid for it (he purchased one retail about 6 months ago) He paid over $100!! Needless to say I am very pleased! Thanks Overstock.Com for making my life a little more affordable!!

This recorder is great for the not so mechanically inclined. I put the batteries in, read the instructions and have used it a lot. The only thing I have not figured out is how to erase individual recordings. I am sure if I read the instructions again it would be easy. I use it as a reminder for everything.

Good product - works well - once i figured out how to use it. It is refurbished - no problem with that. Having no strap with it is a little inconvenient and would have not broken the bank to have included it as standard.

The voice recorder is exactly what my fiance and I needed. However, I am still having a little difficulty with adding on to an existing recording. I'm sure I will get it sooner or later, but other than that - it serves its purpose.
