Exactly what I wanted
I got this camera to take pictures of my son at his Tae Kwon Do tournaments. The tournaments are getting larger and they no longer allow parents on the floor. I needed a camera with better zoom if I was ever going to get a picture of his awesome kicks.I thought I would never be able to afford a new camera. I was a little bit afraid to order from a website and not be able to try it first. I finally gave in after weeks of looking elsewhere. No one could beat the features or price of this camera. I'm glad I gave in. The zoom is awesome. I haven't had the chance to use it at a tournament, unfortunately my son had to have hip surgery. I have tried it out just messing around. My driveway is 630 feet long. I can stand on my porch and take a picture of a person at the bottom of my driveway and it looks like I am standing 5 feet from them. And the picture is clear too. I'm impressed. Oh another neat feature is the pet feature. You can set it to dog or cat and it will automatically take a picture when the animal comes into view. I have tried and tried to set it on cat and have it take a picture of my dog. It won't. Some how it knows the difference. I don't know when this feature would be useful, but its pretty cool.
