This is my first larger screen tv.I LOVE THIS TV !Good sound, great HD.I guess my only complaint is the time it takes to turn on.I am used to push on...tv is on is a split second.This tv takes about 20 seconds...worth the wait though!!!!

After upgrading the cable box to HD the picture is fantastic. A new dimension is quite evident in the DVD viewing. Zero problems with this television. Cable hookup was easy because of all the needed sources for the DVD, surround audio and recording devices. I look forward to additional connections such as camera and computer. A very good acquisition!

Great value - after researching HDTV's for quite some time I am completely satisfied with the quality of this TV. The only problem I have had is the interactive menu and downloading the users manual. All features work quite well however, I am still having a little trouble with the PIP - total operator error that I feel could be avoided with a manual that is a little more user friendly. All in all, beautiful picture, very good sound quality and an attractive piece of equipment.

No problems with the TV - cheap, big, great picture. Easy to set up.Only problem - Olevia remote RC-LRN is meant to be a universal remote, but I can't make it work on my cable box because there are no instructions as to how to program it. The remote mentioned in the Olevia manual is the RC-LTU so all the instructions refer to that item. If I could program the remote for my Comcast box, I would have given it 5 stars.Overstock loses points though - shipping is cheap, but via Fedex Ground, which only wanted to deliver between 11a-1p - I work every day and they were very inflexible to make other arrangements. Took ten days to get delivered after the period Overstock took to send it out.

This is my first: LCD, big screen feature- full TV.The more I read about HDTV the better I felt about this choice. I strongly reccomend getting HDMI cables for all your TV's and players. There are more belts and whistles on this unit than I have had time to explore. I am a firm believer in refurbished electronics. The sound is awsome. And I just ordered a HD DVD player from Overstock.com reburbished. I figure sometimes a perfectly good unit can have one small glitch and it is fixed when reburshed and I am ahead at paying 40% + off to boot.I am pleased as pickles with my 42" Olevia LCD HDTV.

We bought this tv in a 32in.-we did not know much about this tv-but the price was right. When we got it installed and we watched it for the first time we could not believe how great it was.The color/picture/sound are excellent. My only regret is that we sold our home and it was mounted onto the wall and the new owners wanted us to leave it-thus we did in order to sell our home.I wished now that we should have kept it!I would buy this brand again.
