It's important to remember that it's a economical translator, designed for ease of use, so for the money, it's OK. One thing to understand is that you can't look up specific words...it has a fixed set of "phrases", and you have to know what's there, and what's not, and how to find it. [that is what category contains what phrases.] The group of food phrases seems especially limited to me, at least what I've seen so far. Ordering food would seem to be a major translation issue for most travellers. AND; I selected overnite shipping, but since it came from Canada, there was some customs thing, and the shipping was changed to ground shipping after I placed the order. I needed it before I left for vacation.
