I purchased this cooling fan for my laptop because my laptop would get hot after awhile, After the cooling fan arrived, I used it and the very first time I could tell the difference. It's a great investment and I would recommend it to anyone with a laptop. Sometimes I use my laptop for hours and with this cooling fan it stays cool. I think it's great.
I was really looking forward to getting this cooling fan. Several Friends and family told to not spend a lot of money, because they last a long time. Well, maybe I should have. When it arrived, no instructions, and for not very techy types like me, I always appreciate instructions. In saying that though, I admit it was very easy to install, and was good for about a month. Then the fan started making very loud clicking noises which was annoying. Now, for the money I paid, I did not expect it to last years, but at least 6 mnths to a year would have been nice. So here I am, looking for a new one.
