This is one of my best investments. I was expecting something else, and at first was a little disappointed. Now that I am using it, I absolutely love it. It's great. When I boot up my laptop, it instantly turns on, and when I shut down my laptop, it too turns off. There's no messing with electrical cords or on/off switches. It just plugs into a USB on your laptop and it's all set. It even has two USB ports that work just fine. Its worth every penny, especially since it saves the life of my hard drive.

At first I really thought I got my monies worth. However, on the second day one of the blades broke off. The usb only works when it wants to. As if this was not enough to disappoint me the device was cracked on the side and a piece came right off when I took it out of the box.

My daughter complained her computer got to hot to hold or put on her bed so we got the fan. It was easy to install and has worked great. She can now use it without the heat problem. I would recommend this product.

I was really looking forward to getting this cooling fan. Several Friends and family told to not spend a lot of money, because they last a long time. Well, maybe I should have. When it arrived, no instructions, and for not very techy types like me, I always appreciate instructions. In saying that though, I admit it was very easy to install, and was good for about a month. Then the fan started making very loud clicking noises which was annoying. Now, for the money I paid, I did not expect it to last years, but at least 6 mnths to a year would have been nice. So here I am, looking for a new one.

There was a poor connection between the board and the USB cable that eventually malfunctioned after less than a week.

What can I say..... We've had the thing for a few weeks and the USB port connector broke off. Not worth the money...............

Although the laptop cooler is very light and the housing is sturdy, it lacks the capability of performing as well as expected. The wiring must be quite weak because when the laptop cooler was delivered, one of the fans was not working. A unit that had been purchased earlier and returned was defective from what appeared to be a wiring deformity. The power plug outlet collapsed when I tried to plug the cord into it. Overall the construction of this laptop cooler appears to be sub-standard.

I bought this laptop fan for my Dell Inspiron because it kept getting hot. The laptop's fan blades began breaking within days of installation, and the construction is fairly shoddy, but the extra USB ports (my Dell laptop came with only 2) are great!

Good value for money. Very easy to use. Keeps your laptop at the right temperature.

This product shopped working after a few uses. I would not recommend it.

I purchased this product because of the extra ports. They didn't work.....and after a few weeks, neither did the fan. Waste of money.

Not worth the time to even look at it.Never worked.The plugin for the computer, on both units did not connect.

This item is terrible , after only 4 days the USB ports quit working ! The fan does still work but not worth the money .

My laptop gets warm on my lap when I use it for any lenght in time. I have heard of these cooling fans, but was skeptical about whether or not they work. After taking this out of the box, my first thought was, "this is a piece of crap!". Then I tried it out and so far it has done the trick! Not bad for the money I paid. It is light weight and fits right in my laptop bag. All and all, I am happy.

i have purchased a berkin cooling fan from ***** and it broke on me about four - six times so i decided to look for something else & came here to overstock.com & saw this it works great it really cools my laptop down & the price is excellent.

This is one of those things you think you have to have but then it's really too big a hassel to fool with.
