I got this phone, mainly for the full keyboard. I text a lot. I didn't mind paying the price for the feature, and I didn't mind that it didn't have a camera. But the coverage it gets is HORRIBLE. It doesn't work outside the city, or in certain parts of the house. I know it's the phone, and not the service because with my razor (same sim and same service) I can use it everywhere. Would not buy again. I gave it higher stars because I do use it in the city, but when I travel I switch to my Razor...PAIN. There is also a slight learning curve of operation, but no more so than any other new IT gadget.

the phone is hard to flip. But it is easy to text on. The blue tooth connection is fantastic and the memory is really good like 7 songs i think!!!!!

PHONE IS SLIGHTLY LARGER THAN THE NORMAL CELL PHONE.

I purchased this phone for my father who live in the Caribbean... When the phone arrive I was very disappointed. This phone is considerably big. It reminded me of cell phones when they were first out and not much people had them. Very much a clunky phone. Any how I sent it to my father, after he receive the phone he was not happy. He did not like the size also. My girlfriend wanted a phone to use in her store so I gave her that phone which she said "the features on the phone is great, and the phone work perfectly in the carribean". her only fault was the size also. Which didn't matter to her because she was not walking around with the phone. My father settled on the pantech which he love.

This phone is everything I thought it would be. It does everything but has no backlit keypad and is pretty large. It came with the wrong instructions and no headset at all. I could have bought this phone from an authorized dealer for the same price and factory instructions, a cradle and a headset for the same price.

i am bit dissappointed cause i have a hard time hearing the person i am talking to

it is a big phone and doesnt have a camera on it. I have ATT and it worked fine i got this for my daughter because it had a full key board and she texts alot.

In case you were wondering, this is the USA version, and will work on AT&T and T-Mobile. The front display is color, and this unit supports GPRS, unlike the 9210. Its got a POP port connector, so if you already have a nokia with a cable, you should be good to go, because this device didnt come with its own cable. battery life is excellent. I dont have to charge it every night, mostly every OTHER night.
