Sent the wrong lens twice and it was broken
I ordered the AF-S DX Nikkor VR lens which was priced amazingly well just above ***. Should have know that you get what you pay for, they sent me the Nikkor AF-S DX without the Vibration Reduction despite the picture and the title saying it was the VR. When I called to explain, the rep said he didn't want to send me another replacemnet becasue the warehouse would probably make the same mistake again. I demanded the correct producdt as I had waited over a week to get it in the first place. The second lens came and it too was the cheaper lens. The second lens had the zoom broken. Obviously Overstock has no clue what they are selling.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Wong - it is not the VR lens, it is the cheaper DX lens
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? No - zoom feature broken
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Poor
