audio quality so bad, that I stopped the treadmill after only 1/4 mile to take them off.I bought these because 1) they were cheap 2) the Nike name 3) I am looking for ear buds that don't fall out of my ears. I find having to continually push the ear buds back into place every minute is annoying, and am always on the lookout for some device that accomplishes that. I must say I am quite a fan of the Nike+ iPod system, and have found the matching of music for running and the recording of your run a tantalizing motivator. The Nike earphones look good. The pair with the loops to go over the ear, which is adjustable in two directions would seem quite customizable to fit you ear. The cord is nicely shorter than many, so I don't have this huge loop of cable catching my arm swing. But the sound was SO BAD, thin, tinny, no bass of any sort, that I could not go a full two minutes to even see if they worked out of my ears; I ripped them out.The behind the head model was passably better. The sound was fair, at best. The design was okay; stayed in place well. Probably worth $5.My choice: a pair of Seinheisser (orange model, I don't know the model number right off) that cost a lot more: around $65. But they sound fabulous, stay rock stable in place, hold up to the sweat of the run well, and sort of really look cool.
