The item is not pictured, which is disappointing and discouraging. I received the item in the mail, and it is very big for a keychain. I ordered it as a gift for my mom, but I am considering not giving it because it is very large to be toted on a keyring. The item is about the size of a woman's fist. Keep this in mind.
