I had purchased these, one for my mother and one for my mother-in-law. On my computer I have Windows 7 and both digital frames would not recognize anything beyond Windows 98. Then I noticed that even after 12 hours charging, the key chain would not turn on unless it was still connected to the PC, a little difficult to operate your car with that small frame attached to your car keys and a PC. My mother was unable to display any photos of her grandchildren at Christmas because NO ONE uses Windows 98 anymore. Merry *** Christmas to me.

We returned this item . It was of very poor quality. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I bought this item for a gift. The person I gave it to loved it. They got 2 gifts for the price of one. They had nothing but great things to say about it. For me, the price was right, and now I am sorry I did not buy one for myself!!!!

The slideshow stops and will not continue.The picture quality is poor. The keychain is difficult to load pictures on to.

The frame its self worked fine. But the heart key chain is completely unusable. I am unable to put pictures on it. When I contacted the manufacturer they told me there was no software to help me and nothing else. I am sorry I purchased this item
