Netgear wireless range extender does a great job!
In researching the various options I had with wireless range extenders I liked the simple setup that the Netgear WN300RP offered. It really is as simple as plug (into a wall socket) and play (with the internet). In my case I was looking to boost the signal in my home from my wireless router in my office, which is located approximately 100 feet away in a separate building. Prior to using the wireless range extender the signal I received in my home was "poor/low." After plugging the extender in I have excellent signal strength and can stream movies and media from the internet with no problem. I would recommend this product to anyone needing a simple and effective way to extend the range of their wireless network- a big thumbs up!

works great, pain to set up
Went thru heck to set it up and I am not a tech dummy. It's just too complicated but once done it works great. Almost sent it back at one point I was so frustrated but glad now I kept it.

Just didn't work for me...
This seemed great. It was very easy to install and follow the setup instructions. However, it did not boost my signal at all. In fact, it had a lower signal then the origin router... Product might be fine, but for whatever reason it did not help in my living situation.

Works great
We bought this to increase the WiFi signal strength to our DVR so we could stream movies from the internet. We needed a signal of 60 or greater on the meter. We had a WiFi signal of 40 without the range extender. After some experimenting with different locations for the device, we now get 90 on the meter.
