I already have one of these which works very well to extend the Internet connection to a compute about 100 feet away from my main. I placed this first unit right by the computer i wanted a better connection for. Now I need to extend the connection in another direction. Can I use two on one system? Will it use the same extension on the router name?

Netgear wireless range extender does a great job! In researching the various options I had with wireless range extenders I liked the simple setup that the Netgear WN300RP offered. It really is as simple as plug (into a wall socket) and play (with the internet). In my case I was looking to boost the signal in my home from my wireless router in my office, which is located approximately 100 feet away in a separate building. Prior to using the wireless range extender the signal I received in my home was "poor/low." After plugging the extender in I have excellent signal strength and can stream movies and media from the internet with no problem. I would recommend this product to anyone needing a simple and effective way to extend the range of their wireless network- a big thumbs up!

Don't read the manual The manual for this talks about a lot of technical things you do not have to do. All you need to do is plug it in and reboot your computer, then follow the web page instructions that come up automatically. This gave me 4 or 5 bars in a basement where I had 2 or 3 before. I also plan to use this for traveling, with those hotel/motel Wi-Fi problems.
