The readio does not play as clear as I want and it does nto have handy controls. the display/station light has gone dark on it within weeksof having it and overall I am not pleased with it.

The cord was so loose on the connection that the unit would not power up unless I moved the power cord by hand and then would not stay on. I was able to file the cord end down so the connection worked and the system works as it should now. The bayonet connector on the cord end was encased to far into the plug insulating material to make a good contact to feed power to the unit. Seems to me the unit would have been a fire hazard waiting to happen.

The first unit I received had a cord that would not stay plugged in. Called to get a replacement cord and was send another unit. The 2nd unit works perfectly. This is a good value.

it is going to be a x-mas present,so i cant say to much.as much as i can see now i got a good deal.
