This product is okay if you have super human hearing. The audio is too low even at max level. When you are setting your destination the unit seems not to recieve the info you are putting in right away,you have to keep going back and doing it again which can be annoying. This is my first GPS and I don't think I will Buy another. I just as well as use map quest for directions. The unit is in my closet. Also there is no wall charger.you have to plug it into your computer would prefer a wall charger. Not what I thought is would be.Would have returned it but I didn' feel like being bothered.

I love the traffic for life feature and as i drive about 1000 miles per week in Los Angeles each week, this product helps me more than the old Garmin GPS I own.
I wish I had bought the bigger screened unit....but for the money I paid i am happy.
The Navigon was of great help to me on a trip to an area I had never been to befor. Every little turn on a mountain road was shown, letting me know what was around the next turn, so I wasn't supprised by sudden turns.
