This was a good buy, except for one of the three I purchased missing an arm for the mount; which overstock is sending out in a timely manner, all was good.

The sound quality of this item is extremely poor. You have to literally be quiet in your vehicle in order to hear the directions. I sent an email stating this to Navigon and their reply was...."This product does not have a defect."Well, I beg to differ. Purchase a Garmin and you won't have any issues.
