As you see , I gave this GPS a good rating , BUT , If the need would arise for customer support , Huh < throw it in the garbage ! There is no support , No phone , No email replies ! Navtour is a joke ! This unit is impressive right out of the box , it does work nicely .tho the volume could be a bit higher ! I've used mine for 4 mos. when my daughter borrowed it and lost the USB wire , which you must have to charge the unit , which by the way , the battery is a junker too , wont even last an hour ! Navtour is totally ignoring my attempts to contact them . Ive bought another gps (diff brand ) Hopefully it will come with some support ! DONT BUY IT !

The quick review manuel can be explained better. I had already gone on the computer and looked at the complete one.I am still evaluating this product. The actual gps directions are great. When I go off route it quickly reroute. The voice that speaks is at a not to loud or not to soft voice, it is just pleasantly nice.The real problem that I have had was connecting the gps cradle to the window attachment. I just don't seperate the two anymore.The suction definitly does stay on the window. Sometime with the realease it is hard to get off.I have not tried the other functions yet. when I do I will rate them for you.Would I buy this product again maybe if it was cheaper.

This is a VERY NICE Gps system well I can say was a great gps system. I got to use it on one trip and when I got home the thing was stolen out of my vehicle the next night. LOL
But it workede great I hate to read maps and would probably get lost if I tried. I am one who loves to go off by myself and just drive and take mini vacations and this GPS got me to where I was going and got me back home.

THE NavTour G4 GPS IS A VERY SIMPLE TO LEARN DEVICE. THE 4 INCH SCREEN MAKES IT MUCH EASIER TO VIEW AND OPERATE WHILE DRIVING COMPARED TO THE 3.5 INCH GPS UNITS ON THE MARKET. THERE ARE TWO FEATURES I WOULD LIKE TO SEE CORRECTED IN FUTURE MODELS. 1. THE POWERON-OFF SWITCH IS LOCATED ON THE BOTTOM OF THE UNIT AND IS SO TINY THAT IT IS DIFFICULT TO USE. 2. THE SCREEN DOES NOT SHOW FEAUTRES SUCH AS GAS STATIONS AND RESTURANTS, ETC. AS YOU APPROACH AND DRIVE BY. CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLS ME THIS WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON AS A DOWNLOAD UPDATE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FRIENDS ESPECIALLY KNOWING THAT THE DOWNLOAD UPGRADE IS COMING SOON. ALSO I LIKE THE FACT THAT IT COMES WITH SO MANY ACCESSORIES, THUS SAVING FURTHER PURCHASES FOR THESE ITEMS.

I bought this for my son who does alot of traveling for his job, and he has nothing but praise for this GPS system. For the price it is a wonderful asset to him, I would recommend this to anyone, it has alot of features that some of the more expensive systems do not.

If you want a nav system that is easy to use do not purchase this unit. Half of the functions do not work the disc that comes with it will not read. The support for the device is horrible.

I really love this GPS, because it has so much to offer. The only problem is the on/off switch is so small, that U have to use a pin to turn it off and on. The good thing is the sytem has a sleep button, so as not to use the on/off button often. I love to use the speed alert feature. I would recommend this unit.

On 27 nov I removed the unit from packing and poped the cd in my computer and proceeded to follow instructions for charging the battery. The redled came on , a short time later Ichecked the unit and the led was off and a strange odor was present. No functions at all noe. Need instructions for return and replacement.

First one came with no on/off switch, Overstock put another one in the mail before they got mine back. GPS works great. At first the multimedia gave me a hard time. It wouldn't scroll thru the pictures. They were all about 1.5mb. When I used smaller size photos it worked great. The movie player also works great. I intend to pick up more mircro SD chips so I can put a movie on it. If it played a few games it would be perfect. You can't beat the price and it came with all the accessories. I even bought the warranty for 2 years, I hope I don't need that. The bluetooth cell phone stumped me for a bit. Maybe if I read the directions it would have been easier. Like any computer it locked up on me and I had to shut it off to reboot it. Not a big deal.

This was such a great buy that friends and family have also purchased one after seeing ours. Very user friendly and accurate. Have not used A/V features yet. Excellent that it comes with all accessories included.
