Great Value
I have a Kindle, and was looking at an addition to my library in order to access BarnesNoble books as well. I've been using this for some time and it has been PERFECT. If you are hesitant about purchasing a refurbished product, remember that it has been gone over tooth and nail for any defects. Personally I feel more comfy buying refurbished products than those coming off the assembly line with the personal attention and testing that a refurb product has. Cant complain about saving money and getting a superior product.

This was a refurbished item, supposed to be as good as new with full warranty, so I took a chance. Unfortunately, I will never know if th Tablet was as good as new because the charging cord was defective. It was loose where it was supposed to plug in to the Nook, and wouldn't hold a solid connection. I was disappointed, and decided to not take the chance with it. This should have never been shipped out in the first place, and I returned it....still waiting for a refund, and find it interesting that I was sent a review request on an item I have sent back. I will never again take a chance on a refurbished product.

Elated with product
I graduated from a Nook simple touch and am thrilled with this product. Graphics page appearances are excellent, crisp and clear. Love all of the apps associated with this product. Email program works very well. I am a little disappointed in the quality of the sound with this product. It is a little scratchy and shrill. Still, I am glad I ordered this product.
