I bought this monitor for my father because his old monitor was very small and his sight is impaired. When I called him over the phone, I told him to look for a package in about 7 days. He called me back in about two days telling me that the monitor arrived. He said it worked well with his computer and the screen was very large and that he can see much better with it. He was very happy. Although, he did tell me that his small computer area had to be rearranged to fit the monitor and that did not bother him. Thanks "BIG O" you helped me help my dad. :)

i thought i was ordering a flat screen lcd monitor that wouldn't be so big and take up room! ended up being as huge as my other monitor with a smaller screen! couldn't send back because it would have cost half of what i'd already paid! very disappointed..

This is a great monitor. Don't be fooled by the first two reviews. As stated, this is a flat screen monitor. It doesn't say flat panel LCD like the first two claim. The picture is superb and the price is great. I bought three of them and am very happy with them.

I was really impressed by this monitor. It is big but it gives you a great viewing area! I disagree with those who say the ad is misleading if you check the stats you will find Dimensions: 17 in. x 17 in. x 14 in. That clearly would make it not as they intended. If they had looked at the base on the picture they could also see that the base was big like a regular monitor base. This is a flat panel monitor! The screen is flat it is not curved like the typical monitor screen! I like this monitor but it does take up some space!

Don't purchase this!The picture for this ad is VERY DECEPTIVE and once I realized the dimensions, I called in to cancel within 2 hours but they would not let me cancel the order. Now I'm being charged 15 restocking fee for nothing!!!! BUYER BEWARE!

Overstock.com's ad is deceptive. This is not a flat panel monitor, it's HUGE. You have to read the dimensions to realize what you're actually buying.
