Misrepresented item
Ordered this item from Overstock, believing it was "New". However, upon opening the box, it clearly was either a previously opened item or "refurbished" and the monitor was not advertised as such. It did not contain the CD-ROM disc, cable was missing, other parts were not in sealed plastic covers, or were placed in sealed covers that were opened, then taped over in a rudimentary fashion. Clearly, false advertising by Overstock. Offered an extremely paltry adjustment to keep the item by Overstock representative. Had no choice but to return it for a full refund. Can't comment on the product itself as I did not get a chance to use it.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? good
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Items were missing in the packaging, clearly a previously opened or refurbished product. Was advertised by Overstock as "NEW" however.
