This is great for younger kids just learning to play the guitar. Probably best for ages 6-10. We bought it for our 8 year old, along with his first guitar and he's picking it up really well after only a few 30 minute sessions using the program. It's a great way for a child to learn the basics, before you start paying for formal lessons.

This is a great dvd. I have my oldest in lessons and my youngest is learning more from this dvd than the other is in class.

This video is very fun. I got it so my 5 year old son and I could learn together how to play the guitar. We've really only watched a small portion of it- but we learned a lot. Including a few chords on our first try. It's simple and fun. I'm sure we'll use it more now that summer is starting and our schedules will be slowing down.
