Mustang White Universal Projector Mount

The product came in a box that apparently sat in water for long, and shredded. I can tell the water stains were a result of the warehouse because the water stain is under shipment label. Thankfully, the tape around the box held it together.The box did not contain any instruction manuals. For AV noobs, this can be a challenge to figure out.The product was listed as new, but it was clear from the marks on the mount that it had been returned by a previous owner.

We ordered this product to mount our new Epson Powerlite projector to the ceiling in our den. While we were able to get everything installed properly, there were several things that made us unhappy.1. When it arrived, the box was smashed and had stains on it like it had been sitting in a pool of water at the warehouse for a while. I could tell that this damage was not as a result of shipping - it was like this *before* it left the warehouse. Fortunately, we are dealing with metal hardware, so everything inside the package was fine. I was just surprised they shipped out something where the packaging was *obviously* in poor condition.2. When I removed the parts from the packaging, I could tell this was not a brand new product. It had been installed before. All the bolts had tool markings on them and the main bracket was already assembled (it was not supposed to be). I was forced to disassemble it before putting it back together. The product description does not mention anything about it being refurbished, but it obviously was.3. The product does not come with the bolts needed to attach the bracket to the ceiling. You will need to go to a hardware store and pick up a couple of lag bolts. I wish I would have known this before arriving at the last step in the instruction guide. (I believe we ended up using 1/4
