When the screen arrived, the shipping box was a tattered mess with tape the only thing holding the screen inside and the screen was just laying inside the box, not in any of the screen holders that were in the box. The screen, however, was not damaged at all. Installing the screen was a breeze, and pulling the screen down and back up work flawlessly. The screen itself though, is not flat, but has ripples (waves) that run from the upper right side of the screen, to the lower left. the waves vary in length from 18 inches to over 3 feet long. With the projector on, the aren't noticeable, but when it is off, or there is a strong light coming from the left side of the screen, they are very noticeable. I thought that they might go away after the screen hung for a couple of weeks, but no such luck. I would have sent the screen back if I had a box for shipping and the cost wouldn't have been so high, but I'll just keep it because it was so cheap for the money.

I had some reservation because one of the reviews said that the screen could not roll up the last foot. My screen rolls up strongly, all the way.

The screen arrived faster than I thought it would. The box was a mess, but the screen only had a small dent that was easly fixed, you can not tell where it is. Mounted on the wall and after the first few pulls comes down and goes up without a hitch. Much better than painting a wall. Would recommend this product.

Bought this to occupy 14 boys--(ages 11 &12) for my son's 11th Bday prty. After a day of scavenger hunts,obstacle courses & swimming we turned Sports Day into Hollywood nights! We had done the movie outside on the deck & kids brought sleeping bags & pillows to watch the Big Screen of Avatar in Blue Ray. The boys really enjoyed it--I had boughtt a big popcorn machine with toppings, candy & movie theme decos!They watched the ENTIRE MOVIE OUTSIDE & it wasn't That warm out considering its the end of Sept! Which I found pretty amazing because AVATAR is about 3hrs long :) It appeared the screen was visible & clear from even the side angles of the screen--am quite confident that the Big Screen is going to be a Big Part of our Summer Fun next year too!! My son & his friends thought this was the Best Bday Party Ever! As a mom, that was all I needed to hear :)
