If you feel you have difficulty figuring out how to operate electtronics or the person you are buying it for is that way, don't get this. Also, the headphones that come with this product do not reproduce the best sound quality. That is easily remedied. It's a good product once you figure it out.

I gave this to my son who is sixteen years old as a Christmas gift. Since he is into gadgets anyway found that it was easy to use. Instructions did come with it yet he did not have to refer to the instructions not once. He is truly enjoying his mp3/mp4. My order came in three days! It came undamaged and intact at a great price. My experience with Overstock was stress free and pleasant.

This is MY first MP3 player, works wonderful! So easy to download songs. Love that it has a built in rechargeable battery. My kids have a MP3 player that requires batteries - constantly replacing their batteries. They are now begging to use my MP3 player as it has so many more options and sounds great. Great color when playing videos. Wish not sold out, I would buy another for my mom, husband and kids!!

My very first order with overstock and not pleased at all with this item. My 8yr son used it for 2 weeks in the car and then it wouldn't ever turn back on. He never told me about it until now since Christmas is coming and asked for a new one. The warranty is cheap, the product is cheaper and basically you should NOT purchase this however choose something else. I can't even get information on the manufacture to get help!!

is a nice gadget, audio an video are great, the only thing i don't like, is not windows compatible

The "music man" mp3 was my first purchase made on overstock.com, i was very excited because i thought i was getting something of quailty for a low cost. what turned me off about this product was when i opened my package up it was in a generic box, that read music player. and the mp3 it self said digital player not music man. i felt cheated. it wasnt a music man mp3 player. it was just a generic mp3

I bought this for my 7 year old for her birthday. The picture is EXCELLENT!!!!! Theonly problem we are having is figuring out how to download pics, songs, and videos. We still havent figured it out yet. Not that easy. But otherwise simple for her operate. She loves it and I know once we get the stuff downloaded...it will be perfect. It has a lot of great features and plus youdont have to use headphones to listen to it, it has speakers on it. Overall i would recommend especially for the price you cant beat it.

it hasnt even been a week since i got this one and it doesnt play right. im pretty upset because i really needed this for a trip i went on and it didnt even work. this is not worth the money.

I was worried that because I had not heard of this brand it would be difficult to work or not working at all right now. However, the person I gave this to as a gift uses it EVERYDAY ALL DAY!! It's very easy to load songs/pics/files. If you've got Windows Music Player, just open up your library and sync your device. (SIMPLE) Radio function works great...no problem with reception. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the audio mixer/earphones. It doesn't get that loud(I like loud music, though). Maybe better earphones would help. For the money, it's a great buy. It's got a memory slot so go for the 1 gig if you're not planning on having 10,000 songs.

I would recommend this product but i bought it for my daughter and the instructions for downloading music on the player are not included.

Purchased as a gift for my wife. After set-up the internal speaker could not be turned off which defeats the purpose of a personal music device. Some static in the left ear bud which reduces the quality of sound. I suggest purchasing a more familiar brand which can be serviced if a problem surfaces.

Overall the mp4 player is good. Only problem was that the manual was too hard to read (words to small). And the mp4 player was on Japan (language). LOL!!!! Had fun trying to figure it out.

This item looks reaaly great but the quality is not there. It works as long as you want everyone else around you to hear what you are listening to. The external speakers stay on when you plug in the earphones so what is the point. There is no information provided in the manual or any of the packaging that offers any support if you are having issues with the player. There is not a phone number or address for the company. Unfortunately this was a gift and was way past the time to return it.

The audio on the unit is great, the information that comes with the unit on how to download music or video is not good. You have to figure it out on your own. Did not see a web site to go to for help. Have not made the video work yet. We have tried every posible type of video file?? I bought 2 units, 1 has survived, 1 was destroyed (the display was cracked) 2nd day of use, Not a real rugged unit. Granted the one destroyed was on a 17 year old skiing, 1 flip cracked the display, it still plays music, but you have to find the music with no display? I say Clunky because the controls are not the best. A scroll button, joy stick, up/down on the sides or different place would be better.

i brought 4 of the mp4 player and all of the mp4 player ear peice are broke the battery does not hold a charge after 3 weeks of use. do not buy

This was great for the price, however, we found it a bit difficult to work. Instructions not user friendly..music not easy to load on to, but with patience and several tries, we are learning to navigate it. Great screen, loads of options, we placed ear pads on the plugs,( a tip from my grand son)..sounds like a pocket stereo. We are enjoying tis item. I would recommend this to friends.

I like this product. At first it was a little hard to use but i figured it out not too long after. I like this product over all, It has some pretty cool features and for the price you can't beat it.
