My daughter received this iPod speaker for Christmas and at first didn't like it because it didn't light up very well. She then put on a louder song and they lit up beautifully. She's quite happy with it, now! It doesn't get really loud, which I, the parent like, but she was a little disappointed. Otherwise, this is very nice and very portable.

The only way you can make it light up if it is blasting loud. iT ONLY LIGHTS UP WITH THE BEATS AND IS VERY VERY CHEAPLY MADE . It also makes your song crack up. Now if you excuse me i have to pay my mother back for wasting her money on this. Yours truley Celine.

Unfortunately I must have got the lemon in the bunch. I thought this item was a cheap piece of junk. However, I believe I was sent something that was a returned item. When I picked up the packaging the item fell out in my hand. Usually you have to blast your way through that plastic security packaging. I plugged it in and it worked for about 30 seconds and then started cutting out. I bought this for an 8 year old and It was so cheaply made I didn't feel it would hold up a day. I returned it immediately.

This is such a fun speaker! Light weight, fun light show, and great sound for its size. Really enjoy it!
