As a first time customer I am very pleased with the product and service received.The description of the product was very good and so was the service. This speaker caught my attention because it works with all types of iPods and was fairly cheap. It works very simply and pretty well. One thing that I dislike is that it doesn't have a very deep sound (the bass is very dull) and can't go as loud as I'd like. Its easy to use, but I think I should have paid more money for a louder sound system.
Pretty much basic docking, plug and play. Cannot ask too much for the price. I was suprised it did charged my friend's iPhone 3G when his phone was out of battery.
The device is certainly priced right, and it's loud enough for me to play in one room and hear in another. My problem with it is it has no bass so the music sounds thin. It's fine if you want to use it just for background music (I do this when I cook), But if you're serious about your iPod music, you won't like it much.
