Perfect!
This is exactly what I wanted. Thanks Overstock for a great item at a great price. It tilts, swivels and extends in and out ...just perfect! I bought a stationary mount from xxxx for more than what I pay for this with none of its features plus it was quite flimsy. Buy it, you won't regret it! :)

Similar to a much better Mount-It! wall mount.
I bought one with longer swivel arms which gives more travel. I thought I was buying another one just like it. This one has short arms and less motion. Also the other one would allow you to tilt the tv to level it and this one has no level adjustment for the TV. I am very happy with my other 2 Mount-it! tv mounts. This one isn't bad but the better one was the same price.

Mount-It! Dual Arm Articulating 32-60-inch Flat Pa
This is such a heavy duty mount that it would be over-kill for a 32" TV; however, we mounted a 50" TV on it and it couldn't be more perfect. It is secure, easy to install, and allows about a 3" forward/back tilt. It pivots at least 10-12 inches from right to left. Great for distance or fairly close-up viewing.

Been looking for a wall mount for about three months now yet every one we found had a price tag upwards of $125.00 This mount arrived quickly and exceeded our expectations Directions for mounting were easy to follow. My only wish is that I would have liked it to hug wall a bit more. The TV looks great mounted above another piece of furniture we purchased from overstock All our friends and family love the location where we place TV and there is absolutely no glare from outside light sources.
