positive title
i would recommend this product it has a very good quality and is made strong.there was one flaw the screws that hold on the back for t.v. could have been a little longer outside of that it's very fine.

Works as needed but very stiff to swivel
For my purpose, this product works extremely well since I do not have a need to continuously swivel the position. The swivel arm is extremely stiff making it a little difficult to move. I have another location that I want to put a TV which would require me to swivel 90 degrees when I want to watch the TV. I will not purchase this product for that application. But if you plan to use in a semi-fixied position on a wall, this product is effective and a great value.
