Once Chinese, always Chinese
This phone was set up to work with the Chinese cell provider China Mobile. Many of the defaults could not be changed so messages continued to come up in Chinese and the soft buttons took you to the China Mobile.

Terrible purchase
Phone arrived with UK Charger and phone was firmware programmed for Chinese. Despite selecting english language phone boots in Chinese and shows icons for ChinaCom phone system and China. Feel like we were sold a Chinese knock off of a Motorola phone. Now what am I supposed to do.

Razr 3 unlocked phone
I talked to the customer service at lenght before I purchased this phone. When it arrived, I charged the phone, after 20 min it said fully charged, Upon unplugging phone from charger, it went completely dead. (By the way the charger came with an adapter to make it fit electrical outlets in America) I charged phone overnight, same problem. I plugged the phone back into charger and was able to turn on the phone, When phone powered up it said " Moto China", I kept getting messages like: incorrect battery, battery needs to be charged, sim card will not work. I returned the phone. Hopefully I will get my money back. I am still interested in a phone, but I am going to wait and see if I get my money back as promised by customer service within the 5 days once the phone is received back. I will track the phone via the tracking number to see how long this takes. I was totally misinformed as to the quality of this phone by customer service. I will say the man I spoke to for the return of the phone was very nice.
