I purchased these cell phones for resale by a friend in Central America. Motorola phones are very popular there; so we assumed that these would sell quickly as the price from Overstock and shipping down there would still be better than the wholesale prices "in country". They arrived in 3 or 4 days and each phone was complete with charger. I charged each battery and tested each phone with my own SIM card. All worked well; so I was comfortable shipping them on to Central America.
