I ordered this phone to replace my old razr. The phone would reboot that is shut off and retart during each and every call. I sent it back.

I have had mine for years, its easy to read, its slim fits great in pockets or anywhere and gets great reception, good pics and audio. I just now was replaced my old one that I bought in 2004, it had been through a lot of abuse from being dropped to having coffee spilled on it. Just a great phone!

I received this phone in-time and had no problem with delivery. I was happy for expedited delivery because I had bought this phone for my father who was leaving to an other country with in week. But I was very disappointed that phone was giving invalid battery error and would not charge. Took it to local phone shop and they replaced battery for $40 and it worked. In-short bad Battery was shipped and I had no time to return the unit and after I bought the new battery phone worked fine.

I just got this phone and was disappointed when the phone would not recieve picture messages. It also will not recieve a download from my carrier. The manual is a computer scanned copy and doesn't contain all the information needed. The voice clarity is good but overall I am disappointed with this phone.

This phone was a gift for my wife. She loves the features of the phone and the clear service.

I purchased this phone as a present for my wife, and she really injoyed it. It has allthe features she wanted on a cell phone and more. I would fully recomend this cell phone to anyone.

Phone works beautiful the battery that came with the phone was no good had to charge it every twenty minutes had to buy a new battery otherwise the phone is simply great.

I am very pleased with my phone. I was using a hand-me-down from my sister, and it needed to be replaced. I did not want to buy a phone and decided to buy one that was refurbished. It is not new, but sure works a whole lot better than the one I was using. My only problem is that the battery does not seem to stay charged more than two days.

Works great. Great improvment in reception, great audio over my old phone. Just moved the SIM card over. Some numbers in the phone book were lost. May have been stored in phone memory and not in SIM card.

I work for a cell phone insurance company, and quite honestly do not receive any more or any less claims for this model than for any other. Many people rumour that this phone is easily broken - it's a cell phone, they're not indestructible people...as with any phone if you take proper care of your handset and do not use excessive force, it will last you as long as any other. I am a personal owner of a MOTO RAZR V3 and am absolutely satisfied with it's performance, quality, and design. It is a popular model for a reason!!!
