This earpiece is a huge improvement over a previous piece that I had used. The sound quality is great, it's lieghtweight and easy to use. I really like the "on/off" switch. It seems to not stay powered up as long as the brochure suggests, but it recharges quickly.

How one would ship a device without a charger is beyond me. Especially with a charger that is specific to the device only. I thought the price for value was good, until I opened the package and realized I needed to buy a $15 charger on top. There was no mention of this on the page.

The earpiece does not sit well on the ear. Sound Quality is also an issue. Often times it sounds as though the person on the other end is in a tin can, or a million miles away. I was actually disappointed with this headset. I think you can find a better quality earpiece, and probably a cheaper one as well.

I searched through the stores and found general bluetooth headsets, and decided to go with one online. I had a general idea of what I was looking for, which was something easy to use, quick to connect, lasted at least a few hours, and looked sleek and new. I definitely got what I paid for. I love it, use it all the time, and my clients have had no complaint. The ONLY drawback is that it is a little large on my head....(maybe I have small ears?) Otherwise, for the price, it is a nice find.

It's better sounding than the phone. For all those who had a problem with the ear hook, call Motorola and they will send free of charge, replacement hooks. There are different sizes. I am very pleased with this Bluetooth headset.

I bought this for my wife - it is easy to use and the reception quality is good. I bought this one over some of the others based on the reviews. The only minor concern I had was that this came packaged in a "T-Mobile" accessory pouch....so I wasn't sure if this is a new/unused bluetooth or a refurbished one.

I like this headset a whooooooooole lot! The only problem I've had is adjusting it to fit snuggly on my ear. Maybe I have oddly shaped ears, or I need to take a few minutes to figure out how to make the adjustment. :) Despite that, I feel so ultra-cool when I wear it. Btw, I'm 54 years young.....
Anyhoo, great sound quality, clarity, blah, blah, blah.

Love it..love it..love it, my wife bought me this bluetooth for Christmas, everything is great, easy to set up, volume is perfect never owned one before but I would definitely recommend it.

based on my use I gave as gift, because of comfort of ear piece, audio quality and price in Overstock.com, wish I bought mine from you all rather than the phone store but wouldn't have been able to try it in on over the web.

Generally, the ease of of hands-free use is worth having one. Looks great. The biggest problem I have had with it is that it hangs loose off of my ear, which is distracting. We've lost a couple because of that already. If I'm talking to someone with mine who is also using one, the sound quality takes a dive. But I will continue to use it. The price is outstanding.

This is my first blue tooth. It works great. Great audio quality when in a quiet room or in car. The package says it has multiple ear pieces but, it only comes with one. For me, the included ear piece is a little to big and does not fit snug to my ear. I bought one for a friend and he loves it. The charge lasts a while and recharges quick.

I bought this for my husband as a stocking stuffer for Christmas. The price was great and delivery, as usual, was super quick. He loves his "toys" and found this item easy to use and very clear. I can tell when he is speaking to me from the cell phone or the blue tooth because the sound is much better with the blue tooth. I would recommend this product.
