This product works great for the motorola Razr V3 from cingular, music, games, pictures, etc. its all there!

This software does not work the disks are bad. The Disk is missing the setup.exe file. They have sent me 3 disks and all 3 were bad. I tried to install them on win98, win2000, winXP, and Win Vista all gave me the same error message NO DISK IN DRIVE!

If you have the Razr v3c Pink razr by Verizon and your main purpose is to be able to download ringtones , I would not reccomend this product. Only after you order this product and follow the installation steps do you find out that the multimedia feature is disabled for your Verizon phone because it will not work due to Verizon not allowing it.. Something that the description of this product does not mention. If you intend to import your address book from your computer, that feature works fine but not under normal installation, you need to manually install the phone because the install wizard will not detect your phone model.

I puchased this product to download photo from phone to my computer, disk was received with a small dent and this is probably why it didn't down load properly. after download my computer kept receiving error messages. I had to back up all files an restore my computer.

Unbleviable experience. I received defective DVD twice. Although customer service experience was good to replace the first one. I will never buy from Overstock again. I had serious doubts about the replacement DVD because it was scratched and dirty upon receipt. I received error message as soon as I clicked on run.

I am very disappointed. The software will not load on my computer and the product is useless to me. My Dad is trying to help me who is retired from IBM, but to date I cannot use the software.

Can not get the software to load. So it is useless.. I tried several times. So all you bought was a cable that you don't need.

If you are using a Verizon RAZR V3m and need only a basic Calendar and\or Phonebook utility then this is the Software for you. If moving pictures from you phone to your PC is desired then dont buy this software as it will not perform this all to common function, installation is simple and sports a user friendly interface.

The cable works great for the Razr series phones. The software is old and when installed needs to update through the Internet. (Only update. No saved download file, so you have to use the software on the PC you install on and update). The update was 73 Meg! It is a good thing I have a wireless laptop to go to a hotspot and get the updated files or I would be using only one feature of the software and that is the phonebook backup. Now, if you only need to backup your phonebook than it is a great value. If you want to download ring tones and such, well I just don¿t know how you would do that unless you have high speed Internet access to do the update.

Laptop would recognize the software interface, but would not recognize the Razr V3m, even after downloading the latest version/driver. Tried to specify the phone manually, but still would not work.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ALL CELL PHONE USERS WHO ENJOY DIFFERENT RING TONES AND WALL PAPER. IT'S SO SIMPLE TO USE. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TAKE MY FAVORITE SONGS AND MAKE THEM RING TONES AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

You can type your contacts and download them into your phone without having to manually type them into your phone! There's also a synch feature for your calendar and datebook!

The motorola phone tools will not work with your verizon service if you are trying to off load photos like I was. It uploaded my address book easily but only after visiting the CNET use boards was I able to determine that Verizon does not allow its users to off load pictures which was the entire reason I had bought it.

The product I order was delivered faster than my expectaions. It did every thing I was expecting and more. I had looked at various retailers and their cost for this product was more than double what I paid for it here. Thanks O/S for a fantastic price on a good product

I am very impressed with the price I purchased the data cable for; my only regret is that it came with no instructions. I'm sure I am not using it to it's fullest capacity, but overall I'm happy.

I had to keep dumping and reinstalling manually the software to force the program to load ring tones on my V3xx. It took a while and I finally got some tones on my phone but will have to dump the software off my computer and reload if I want to add more to my phone. If you know how to tweak software this is for you otherwise you'll have to wait for software that's compatible with your specific phone.

I love this, I will never have to buy another ring tone! I can cut and format the song to exactly what I want.

Product worked almost as described in the product description online. It was not able to transfer ring tones from my existing phone to my new one, but I was able to create new ring tones from music that I have. It did allow me to transfer the pictures I had taken from one phone to another. The software was up-datable but even with the update did not show my specific phone a Cingular (AT&T) Motorola Razr V3r but the V3i settings seemed to work OK. Worth the purchase price just for the backing up of my phonebook.
