Complicated
This phone was not completely unlocked. I could not access the internet from this phone. I wanted to return it for my money. It is not worth the amount charged.

Great cell phone !!!
I get the best reception of any cell phone that I have ever owned. I previously had a Motorola RAZR and this phone is better by far, and it is easy to use. Highly recommend !!!!!
