The product overview stated that it was internet accessable, which is what I want in a phone, but when I tried to connect to the web, it didn't work. I spent at least on hour on the phone with a service rep. only to find out that the phone was not programmed for the web. I am truely disappointed in my purchase.

Bought this phone in June 2008. Worked fine for six (6) months. I dropped it on a carpeted floor and the phone's screen went out. Had purchased the 2 year protection plan but it did not cover a dropped phone. So don't waste your money on the protection plan.

I bought this product and it looked good but the battery was no good right out of the box.

We ordered the RAZR to replace my husband's T-Mobile RAZR (accidently dropped in water) so he didn't need new chargers, etc... - Price was right, it was plug and play just move the sim card, saved time by not having to go to the T-Mobile store or paying for the insurance that covers nothing. Would definately purchase again should the need arise and if they are still available.

Purchased this phone as a replacement for my father since he misplaced his original RAZR. Phone is just as described from OVERSTOCK, it is unlocked, works with my current carrier (AT&T) just add my SIM card and it began to work right away. Dont worry about it being labeled as T-Mobile or whatever the case. Again the product is just as promised, so dont hesitate if you are unsure. Shipping was really fast, I only paid for the standard but was surprised when it arrived faster then expected (may not always be the case). Again overall experience is 5-Star.

plug and play. Just stick in my SIM and have regular full service. Blue tooth enabled. Brand new phone, USA set up. Some of these unlocked phones are Europe based and not eveything works just right, bu not this one. Better than if I got it direct from T mobile!

Overall I am happy with the phone, it has a great appearance, and it is really easy to use, the only issue that I had with the phone is that it doesn't hold as many text messages as my last phone, but other than that, it works really well.

I loved this phone. I didn't receive a manual with it (received a poster) but was able to download one on-line. Even without the manual I found this phone pretty easy to use. I previously owned a old Samsung T-Mobile prepaid phone without a camera. Once I switched the sims card I found this phone much easier to use and the menu was very simple and straightforward. This phone is sleek, compact and packed with features I didn't previously have. It's very light and the key pad is the perfect size. I am very happy with my purchase and would definately recommend this phone to anyone. Reading the reviews you provided helped me immensly with my great purchase.

Great product at a great price. This phone had all the features we wanted and more. After many cell phones over the years. I was more concerned with price. I was pleasantly surprised at the good quality of the product we received. With teens being so very hard to please, my teen is thrilled to have this stylish phone. In fact we are thinking of getting another one for her younger sister.

The phone is the best i have had so far!I thought that the buttons would be hard to press because they are all packed together but wuz i wrong... I love to text and this phone is the absolute one for texting.. i recomend this phone to any texter and people who like bluetooth.

I loved the Motorola RAZR and had to get it. It Work as soon as I charged it and I had for a few year now. It is time for a new phone now and I might look up one on Overstock AGAIN.

Opinions will vary, and I respect every persons right to one. But in my humble opinion, as a basic phone user, there is nothing like the razor. The performance with regards to call quality is next to none. After my first razor which I kept for two years with no problems, I became bored and decided to try something new thinking all basic phones are the same. Big Mistake. I went through a series of about six or seven basic and one smart phone, and was totally disgusted with call quality, bad reception, dropped calls, non existent speakers . I finally decided to returned to the razor and doubt I will ever leave again as long as one is available. Long live the razor!!!

This is my second Motorola RAZR V3 from Overstock. (The first one fell in water) I'm still old school and prefer a simple phone. I am an AT&T customer and didn't want to go into another 2 year plan, so this unlocked phone fits the bill. (Works on Team Mobile and AT&T) The slim profile fits well in my back pocket without being too bulky. The reception is good and I'm pleased with the quality however, you do need to be careful with the outside glass display, as it can break easily if dropped. The extended warranty is worth the few extra bucks for peace of mind. If you place a claim, instead of getting a check, you will get a credit to your Overstock account after they receive the defective phone. For those who are big on texting, I suggest a phone with a keyboard. I find it takes too long to send texts so I don't do so very often. The camera quality is fair- certainly not great but then again the primary function is it's a phone. Overall, I'm please with the Motorola RAZR V3 and that is why I went with another. It's a good value and I do recommend.

My phone arrived on a Friday after ordering on Tuesday of that week. I owned and used for several years a Razr and was very happy with it's performance. It's sleek style makes it easy to carry and the battery life is more than exceptional. It's a very durable phone as I have dropped my older and new models several times without any problems. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a very serviceable cell phone that is also a camera for stills ad videos.

I recieved this phone with a defective battery but everything else seems to be ok. When I called the customer service line I recieved a new battery within the week. Other then that problem this phone is great!!

My new phone arrived quickly and undamaged. It works as advertised. I had no problem switching sim cards and getting the phone operating.

The phone is exactly what we thought it would be: great for calling only. Slim design, sturdier than most if not all of the "basic" phones currently offered by AT&T. But there is a problem if you want to use this phone on the AT&T network for texting. In our case, anyway, it can receive but not send texts. OR, if set up fully for the AT&T network, it will generate a text message EVERY time you turn on the phone. We left the phone for several days at the local AT&T store (which, despite it not being one of their phones, spent hours trying to figure out a fix...to no avail). While it would be nice if we could send texts from the phone, it's not essential for us. I tried, by the way, to fix it myself by googling the error message online. LOTS of people have had this issue, and I didn't find any fix--or any easy fix. I did go to the Motorola site and update the settings for AT&T. No help (that step did work on another phone). I looked at threads on various sites, but short of steps that may render the entire phone non-functional, no fix.
