Make sure your chat helper is a real person
Well, to begin with it didn't come with a Motorola certified battery or charger. This issue led to other issues such as poor battery performance and difficulty charging when the battery was completely drained. I went online to try to exchange the phone for a new one and was told I would get an email with return postage labels, NEVER GOT THE EMAIL, and within 5-7 business days a replacement phone would arrive, NEVER GOT THE REPLACEMENT PHONE, neither of these things happened so I went to Verizon and bought the new DROID3. So the phone OVERSTOCK sold me will gather dust in a drawer til such time as I get sick of sorting over and around it and simply throw it away. Being as this was my first dealing with OVERSTOCK, it will also sadly be my last.
