The best feature of this phone is its compact size. I like the features but some of them are difficult to activate. For example, the voice activated call feature and speed dialing.I also havn't found a quick method of changing from a sound ring to the vibrate mode.The other complaint I have is the phone numbers do not have any spaces between them on the screen and this makes it hard to read them.
