don't do it
I was drawn to this phone as it looked similar to a Sony slim bar phone I had some years ago that was great. Big mistake. This phone is very hard to use--the keys are so close together that I inadvertently push wrong buttons ALL the time. The phone reacts very slowly to any menu option you select making menu perusal or text messaging extremely cumbersome, slow, and yes, VERY irritating. The audio quality is average at best. The ONLY thing I like about the phone is that it's easy to slide into nearly any pocket. I can't WAIT for my new every two to come up so I can DUMP this thing.

Refurbished?
Well, it is hard to review a phone that doesn't work. My best guess is that the phone had a defective battery. The battery was very worn-looking and the phone couldn't charge it. This is what they consider refurbished?

great for travel
i bought this phone to use with an italian SIM card. once i figured out how to switch the menu back to english, it was generally a breeze to use. the phone, while refurbished, was in great condition and my only problem with it was i don't really like the motorola key pad.

"Refurbished" must mean "USED"
The Phone arrived loosely packaged in a generic box.It worked fine but the tone when pressing buttons only worked on some of the buttons.Battery cover was scratched and dented. I would have thought a cheap part like the battery cover would have been replaced with a new one as part of the "refurbishing process"

I love it
this phone is awesome. you can put your itunes on it, it takes good pictures and it also takes videos.the buttons are small but easy to push... my husband has big fingers and he has no problem.this is the best phone i have bought in a long time.
