I originally purchased these for my son who drives tractor trailer for a living and these picked up too much background noise, plus they were identified as headsets not headphones and headphones are not legal in many states while driving. So I took them for my self. I have trouble in my home with my cell phone getting reception when I am in my recliner. I have to get up and go near more windows to get good reception. This bluetooth headphone solves that problem. I put my cell closer to the window and put my headphones on and I never have a dropped call now and can hear very well, cell phone to cell phone from all over the US. The headphones fit on the back of your head, not the top and that opening is too wide and they slip down. If they sat on the top of your head it would be more comfortable. But all in all, very good buy. I use them all the time. Now I can walk around my house and talk on the cell while I am working in the kitchen. I purchased a different headset for my son.

This headset really fit my needs. I paired it with my Ipod with an adapter and I workout with it every day. I sweat profusely and it works great, unlike my previous headset. I sweated with it once and the volume never worked again. I charge the headset every 2 or 3 days. The volume is not the greatest but it serves my purpose. It also has great range.

It is hard to tell how big things are by looking at them online. This product works very well. It is much more comfortable than the similar product I already returned. It is just very large to wear. The earphones stick way out on the side of my head (Princess Leia hair from Star Wars).

This was a very nice headset for the money. Quality is good and the sound is strong. I use it with my Voyager cell phone...the music, TV and basic phone features are good... You'd be pleased...

They work great but are not as comfortable as I would have hoped.

I've owned Motorola products in the past so I was excited when I found this product and subsequently made my purchase. I've since paired it with everything from my laptop to my cell phone and even my mp3 player all done with ease!Great purchase price at the time (less than $50) with the built in features I was looking for (buttons for volume control and great design) and I'd be remiss for not mentioning the audio quality (Bose its not but much better than I expected!).I did have some driver issues when pairing with the lastest Windows based devices however; my recommendation would be to ensure that you have the latest updates prior to installing/pairing this device.Overall I'd say from purchase to ease of use its been a pretty pleasant experience.

I have owned many different set of ear phones I use with my ipod and with my Mac Pro and this set is the best to date. They have clearly surpasses all expectations and are more durable than I have expected. The value is also is great. All I can say is Wow. If you can use this set order today.

This is my first set of bluetooth headphones and I think it may be my last. This pair is too heavy and actually hurt the top of my ears from the weight. The sound is ok but that may be partly because they don't fit well. The price was fair and I have no complaints about that. The pairing was easy and volume adjustment is no problem. They are just plain uncomfortable!

i love these head phones best i ever had my first pair broke and i sent them to motorola and they sent me back the motorola s9 and i was satisfied with them so i bought another ht820 headset. this is my second set and i still love them

No english instructions, you are on your own. Nice sound, but easy to make calls you don't want to. Keep an eye on your phone.

Easy to use and have no problems with the audio quality. The headset is a little tight for my head, but still comfortable. The microphone is excellent and I now use it as my primary headset due to the audio quality. I've had some problems with it dropping signal, but have found that it is due to my Bluetooth version 1.1 phone. No problems with later 1.2 or later phones. The power cable was an international cable, but had a U.S. adapter, which makes the power cord a bit bulky.

I love my bluetooth headphones. Most people say it looks too bulky but they actually fit pretty comfortable on my ears. I love to wear them to the gym when I work out. All my friends can't beleive I'm talking to them on a bluetooth because the reception is sooooooooooo clear. When I'm listening to music the music stops and my phone rings in my ear for any incoming calls. And the price of the product is worth it.

i expected better from Motorola. This was a terrible item. I would have not given any stars but you have to choose something.First off, it said it would charge in 2 hours. I had to charge it up for over 12 before it would turn on.Second, it took me days to try and get it to connect to my computer and phone. The devices detected it, but the headset wouldn't pick up the signal (and yes, it was on).Third, when it finally picked up the computer, the sound quality was AWFUL. I got better sound from my old, $10 headset than from this thing.Finally - the phone side of the headset NEVER worked. The phone detected it, but the phone side of the headset never turned on (at least the light never came on) and never picked up one call.Good value but it isn't worth reading the AD for it, let alone buy it.
