As of kit it's a good value for money,but, unfortunately,I have to tell you,the audio quality is not so good and even worse then my old-old HS 810,which I still use.Voice is not clear and you constantly hear some noise,which never happened with my HS 810.Maybe this happened with my particular headset,but I'm just lazy to return this item.If I'll be sure that all of them have same quality as mine,I would never recommend this to my friends.Hopefully I'm wrong.

This was my first bluetooth, and I could not be more pleased. It was exceptionally easy to pair with my Katana cellphone. Talk time is consistent with the site description. Audio is exceptionally clear. A very good value for the $$. I recommended it to my brother who had owned several bluetooth devices previously. He is also very satisfied with the device. I highly recommend it as an excellent purchase.

I ordered this bluetooth thinking it was compatible to all bluetooth phones. The way they phrase it in the add made me think it would be anyway. I found out that its not. This bluetooth is not compatible with "LG" cell phones. I had to return the product for a refund.

This is the european version of the HS850. Is works fine, but the chargers have to use the included adapters, making them much bulkier to transport.

Audio was disappointing I can't use it outside much. Doesn't hold charge long but came with all the parts to recharge. Works ok in car with windows rolled up and air conditioning on low.

The earpiece sends out a high frequency that gets annoying if I use it for too long, also there is a lot of static. It is usable for short durations, but I wouldn't recommend wearing it for extended periods of time.

I bought my first H700 Bluetooth device a few years ago when I got my phone. Unfortunately, my 1 year old niece thought it was a water toy/foot stool and ruined it. I purchased another one a few months ago for my mother and myself and we both love it. I've never had any problems with this device. The audio quality of this product is absolutely amazing. You won't waste your money here!!!

I am very happy with the purchase. The product works great and the sound quality is impressive. I did not receive a users manual. It came with everything else except for that. Other than that not one problem.

I didn't know it was only compatible with Motorola phones, since I've been accostomed to the wired headsets which are compatible with any brand. So ... although it looks like a great headset, i won't be able to use it with my Nokia phone.

I bought 2 in case I lost one (tend to do that sometimes). I still have one in the box, never charged. I've gone through 2 cell phones with the one I use. Charges fast, easy to use, and almost unnoticeable on the ear. There are smaller headsets around, but this one has good noise canceling and a nice rang. It also sends a clear voice signal through the cell phone.

Purchased this as a gift for my wife. It performed well for about six months but then the flimsy re-charge receptacle broke. With some difficulty, we finally obtained a replacement unit from Motorola, but it did not work as well as the original.

This product gives constant quality sound, durable, comfortable and easy to use. This is my second set because I lost the 1st ones. I'm very happy with the overall value to product quality.

BASED ON THE POWER SUPPLY i THINK THIS IS AN OUTDATED MODEL. THE ONE I BOUGHT AS A GIFT TO REPLACE A PREVIOUS SAME MODEL WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE - SINCE THIS ONE IS LARGER AND INEFFECTIVE WHEN HE IS WORKING - LARGER SIZE GETS IN THE WAY.

i had bought one just like this one about 6 mo`s ago and it came with a carring case, so without looking at the add i ordered one more for a spare, to my suprise it came with no carring case. other wise everything else is perfact, best model from a great company (motorola). great price too...... thanks... jdm...

GREAT product at a great price! The headset came with 2 wall chargers and a phone charger (with I really don't use) AND a carrying holster, which I thought was corny at first but is actually pretty useful. I really like that all you have to do is flip open the boom to turn it on (as apposed to some headsets that require you to hold down a button for several annoying seconds. I also like how you can switch to the headset even after you have started talking with the phone to your ear - just open boom, press answer button on headset and call will be tranferred. Sound quality isn't as loud as I hoped for, but isn't bad at all for the price.

I have had quite a few Motorola bluetooth headsets and as for audio quality....this is the worst. If you turn the volume up you get a low humming static type noise. It's also quite bulky and doesn't sit on the ear well, always feels like it's going to fall off. Also, the car charger that came with it doesn't work unless you hold it in your hand the whole time.
