I have bought many products through Overstock and always been happy. On line, this looked very much like my previous bluetooth, which I liked. I am not happy with this one, which I plan to replace as soon as possible. When it arrived, it was much bigger than I expected and made of cheap plastic. The directions for activation did not work with my phone, and it took several tries to activate it. It is difficult to turn on and off and to tell whether the device is activated. Several times when turning on the bluetooth, it has placed calls. Several times I thought I had turned it off, only to discover it was still on and I had missed important calls. I have learned that that the only way to tell whether it is on or off is by looking for the headset icon on my phone, which is a pain in the neck, especially if I want to turn it on or off while driving. One of the electrical prongs also fell off the charger the fourth or fifth time I used it. Do not buy this product.

This bluetooth has everything that you need. It's helpful, especially when your driving. All you have to do is touch the button and tell it what to do, and it does it. It's so...easy!

Like the product very much but would of liked to have the manual on the bluetooth instead of getting it off the Internet and having to print out the manual. Always liked Motorola products and the price is another reason I ordered this product

This Bluetooth may be a dinosaur, hence the relatively low price. I did expect it to perform more reliably than it has, however. I'll be replacing it asap.

I received the ear piece and tried to set it up with my phone. However, it never worked. Too much trouble to send back, so my lost. Will refrain from ordering on overstock for a while.

This bluetooth works and the sound quality is good; however, the recharge cable falls out easy. If you are wearing the bluetooth and turn it on, it is hard to tell if it connects to the phone or not. It makes an audible beep but does no always connect. You have to pick up the phone and look to make sure you are connected. Same thing when disconnecting. The recharge cable falls out of the connection easily. Volume adjustment works good. Overall, I would go with something else. If you can buy this at below $20, then it may be worth it.

First the bluetooth has the old style charger connection instead of the micro USB that is standard with all devices. Second, if you let the bluetooth charge for more than 2 hours, it drains the battery. Third, my device created an echo, not for me, but for the people I was calling. The echo was so annoying, I couldn't use the bluetooth anymore. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a decent device

A basic, somewhat clunky, headset that flops around a little when my head turns quickly from side to side. Audio is clear and the on/off and volume switches are well placed. Overall, my opinion is a very good headset for the money, as long as you're not a fashion snob.

I got the HS820 for my wife. I have had the HS 850 and really like it. So thinking the 820 would also be good. It has good sound quality and easy to use, but the battery doesn't stay charged for long, even when not in use. I'm wondering if it is the charging system itself because my 850 stays charged for a long time when not getting regular use. The other thing that we don[t really prefer is it's on/off system, pushing the talk button in does work OK but we tend to forget if we had it on or off. With the 850 the little arm is either out (on) or folded in (off). So it just seems less convenient and easy to forget .

I have this bluetooth for less than a month and it does not work. It slowly went out......First week i used it great...Second week, people were complaining they couldn't hear me, now I can't hear a thing out of it.....Please don't buy.

Fist, let me say ..... I love this headset. However I do not like the adapter that comes with the charger. This was mentioned in another review. It is not stable and you really have make sure that it is connected. I have ordered this headset before and received a regular charger without an adapter. If I did not have my own charger I would probably send it back.

The product works fine. The fit is not the best, but the sound quality seems to be good and at this price it's much better than expected. It replaces one that cost much more, fit better but the sound quality didn't match the quality of this one, (so I'm told by the people I talk to daily).
